A practical route to your first generation

20 credits at sign-up. 40 more from check-in.

Start with a one-time 20-credit registration gift, then build a second 40-credit balance across seven check-ins. You have 14 UTC calendar days to finish the sequence, and missing a day does not erase your progress.

View plans

Credits can be used in available Veo 3 creation workflows. Because each model and setting has a different cost, the generator shows the exact estimate before you submit—so you can choose where your balance goes instead of guessing.

Your free-credit route

A possible 60-credit starting balance

20 sign-up credits plus the full 40-credit check-in campaign. Rewards are credited separately and keep their own expiry dates.

Generation count is not fixed: model, duration, resolution, audio, and workflow can change the displayed cost.

01 — Build the balance

Two clear ways to receive free credits

Veo 3 gives eligible users two defined promotional credit sources. The first is immediate and one-time; the second rewards returning on separate UTC dates. Both land in the same account balance used by the generators, so you can trace where each grant came from and when it expires.

Registration gift

20CR

Create your account once

A new account receives 20 introductory credits after successful registration. This is a one-time starter grant, not a monthly refill. Open your credit ledger after signing in to confirm the entry, remaining amount, and its displayed expiry.

  • One grant for a newly registered account
  • Added to the same balance used for generation
  • No payment method is required to receive the gift

Check-in campaign

40CR

Return on seven UTC dates

Complete seven check-ins during one 14-day UTC window. The standard reward sequence is 5, 5, 6, 5, 5, 5, and 9 credits. Missing a date pauses your progress rather than resetting it, as long as you finish before the campaign deadline.

  • At most one successful reward per UTC date
  • Seven rewards add up to exactly 40 credits
  • One check-in campaign is available per account

02 — Know the schedule

Seven check-ins, one transparent reward track

The larger ninth-credit finish is intentional: every successful check-in moves the balance forward, and the seventh completes the 40-credit campaign. The “day” labels below describe your first through seventh successful check-ins—not necessarily seven consecutive calendar dates.

01

The clock uses UTC

A new claim date begins at 00:00 UTC. Your local midnight may be earlier or later, so the live panel is the reliable place to see whether today’s reward is available.

02

You have room to miss days

The campaign allows seven successful check-ins inside 14 UTC calendar days. A missed date does not send you back to the first reward; it simply uses part of the available window.

03

Each reward has an expiry

Every check-in reward expires at the end of its 30th UTC date after collection. Because rewards arrive on different dates, review the credit ledger when planning a larger job.

04

Eligibility is checked at claim time

The first claim requires a verified email and a security check. Daily capacity and abuse-prevention controls also apply, so opening the page alone does not reserve a reward.

03 — Spend with intent

From free balance to a finished generation

Credits are a wallet, not a fixed number of videos or images. A short, economical task can cost less than a high-resolution or longer task. Read the estimate beside the submit action and make the first attempt a focused test of one creative decision.

  1. 01

    Choose the right workflow

Use text-to-video when the scene begins as a prompt, image-to-video when you already have a key frame, or an image workflow when you want to develop the visual before animating it.

  2. 02

    Select an available model

Model access can depend on the account and current product offering. Paid-only options are marked in the interface; free credits do not bypass those access rules.

  3. 03

    Read the live credit estimate

Duration, resolution, audio, quantity, and other settings can change the cost. Review the displayed estimate before submitting, then adjust the settings if it exceeds your balance.

  4. 04

    Generate, review, and iterate

Submit the task and track it in My Creations. Use the first result to improve prompt clarity, camera direction, subject consistency, or the source image before spending credits on another variation.

04 — Plan a useful test

How to make a 60-credit route more useful

The best first session is not the one with the most submissions. It is the one that answers a concrete creative question. Treat the registration gift and check-in rewards as a small production budget: reduce uncertainty first, then increase quality once the direction works.

Begin with one subject and one action

A compact prompt makes it easier to judge whether motion, framing, and style are working. Save multi-scene storytelling, dense dialogue, or several competing actions for a later iteration.

Use a reference when consistency matters

If the product, character, or composition is already defined, image-to-video may reduce ambiguity. Check that you have permission to use the uploaded material before submitting it.

Change one variable at a time

When a result misses the mark, revise the clearest problem—prompt, source frame, duration, or model—rather than changing everything. You will learn more from each credit spent.

05 — Understand the boundary

Free credits are a starting route, not a separate product tier

The creation workspace stays familiar whether credits came from a promotion or a purchase. What changes is the source and scale of the balance, access to paid models, and—on image workflows—the option to remove the watermark when the account has paid entitlement.

Free-credit FAQ

What to know before you claim or generate

These answers cover the standard new-user path. Your signed-in credit ledger and live check-in panel remain the authoritative view of your own balance, dates, eligibility, and assigned reward schedule.

A newly registered account receives a one-time 20-credit introductory gift. An eligible account can then earn another 40 credits by completing seven check-ins within its 14-UTC-day campaign window. Completing both paths can therefore add 60 promotional credits in total, but the rewards arrive as separate credit entries rather than one permanent balance.

The standard sequence is 5, 5, 6, 5, 5, 5, and 9 credits. Those seven successful claims total 40. “Seven-day” describes seven reward steps; you have 14 UTC calendar days to complete them. At most one reward can be claimed on a single UTC date, and missing a date does not reset completed steps.

No. You need seven successful check-ins within the assigned 14-day UTC window. For example, if you miss one local day, your completed reward count stays in place and you can return on a later eligible UTC date. The live panel shows whether today is claimable and the final date for your campaign, which is safer than calculating from your local time zone.

Some campaigns that began under an earlier reward schedule are preserved on a transition track. If your first reward was already 8 credits, it is not taken back; the remaining rewards are adjusted so the campaign still ends at 40 credits. Follow the seven amounts displayed inside your own check-in panel rather than substituting the standard sequence from this page.

Each check-in reward expires at 23:59:59 UTC on the 30th UTC date after it is collected. Because you collect those rewards on different dates, they can expire on different dates too. The registration gift is a separate ledger entry; use Settings → Credits to see the expiry attached to your actual grant. Plan tasks from the ledger instead of assuming every promotional credit shares one deadline.

There is no accurate universal count. Video cost can change with the selected model, duration, resolution, audio setting, output quantity, and workflow. Image tasks have their own costs as well. Configure the task first and read the live credit estimate beside the submit action. If the estimate is higher than your balance, choose a lower-cost available configuration or add paid credits.

Free credits can fund a task when the chosen model is available to your account and the balance covers the displayed cost. Some models or capabilities are reserved for paid access and remain locked even if promotional credits are present. Open the generator to see the models available to your account before planning the task.

For current image workflows, an account without paid entitlement receives watermarked image output; eligible paid entitlement allows the image watermark to be disabled. Video workflows show their applicable output handling in the creation experience. Review those details before submitting when a watermark affects how you plan to publish the result.

Commercial use depends on the current Terms of Service, your plan details, applicable law, and the rights attached to every source asset. Payment can unlock product features, but it cannot grant rights to a third party’s character, logo, likeness, footage, image, music, or other protected material. Review those rights before publishing commercially.

The first claim requires a verified email and a security check. Claims are also subject to one-per-UTC-date timing, the campaign deadline, daily capacity, account eligibility, and abuse-prevention review. If the panel says you already claimed today, wait until the next UTC date. For another error, retry from the live panel or contact support@veo-3.app with your account email and the displayed message.

Your next useful step

Start with 20. Return for 40. Spend each credit on a clearer idea.

Create an account to receive the introductory balance, open the check-in panel on eligible UTC dates, and use the generator’s live estimate before every task. If you need more capacity, paid models, or watermark-free image output, compare the current plans when the need is real.
